Not true, a fully T2 fit and trimarked geddon can cost about 150mil inclueding insurance. Now my list.

And thats in order of what i find useful in a low sec rr bs gang, im not one for 0.0 so i cant say much there. The reason why the geddon is the most useful is the range, theres nothing it cant shoot if someone is primaryed in low sec combat, scortch allows a geddon to have a 50km range and still dealing good dps. The mega soon behind, but the geddon wins over it due to range, and cost effectiveness, a mega isnt that much better with a similar fit. And a domi death squad is something to be feared. The phoon might be more skill intensive, but can reach rediculous amounts of dps and is quite a bit better than the geddon.
The raven is good because it can possibly armor tak for rr gangs, but can be a hole in the gang possibly, how ever it does have a few utility meds so no real complaints :). The apoc, now this has got range, but its too much, its good for 0.0 sure, but in low sec its no real use due to it having no real bonuses for the gang. The abaddon is more or less just a damage spunge but no fc with a right mind is gonna primary an abaddon, and its not much use for an rr gang either leaving it fairly useless in an rr gang. The hype, as has been mentioned is like an expensive mega but thats about it tbh. The scorp is alright for a rr bs gang, due to its ew, but a domi death squad thats been co-ordinated properly can do it better tbh. And finally the rokh,eh i dont really know anything about it except with blasters it has a decent range, but is a shield tanker.
I know this has been listed completely on whats most useful for rr bs gangs in low sec, but thats the only time a bs is any good, a few BS's with a bunch of other random stuff tends to get its ass handed to it by a gang of equal size with nothing but rr BS. Natrually.
